Navigate to Organizations → Teams on the Relay left navigation panel. Click on (Pencil) or double-click on your Team to open it. NOTE: icons marked with GA are only accessible to users with Group Admin permissions.
- (Edit Team): view basic Team information and, if you have Group Admin permissions, configure basic settings. and edit Team profile information. Assign users to the Team. Chat with support agents or Bots in Public Chat. Set Team availability/out-of-office status.
- (GA, Users): view, add, and edit Users associated with the Team. NOTE: you must assign the Users to your Team in the Team profile section.
- (GA, Users Calendar): view and add events to the Team Calendar. NOTE: trainings/remote activations scheduled using online Schedulers will automatically show up in this calendar.
- (GA, Customers): view, add/import, and edit Customers associated with the Organization and its Teams.
- (GA, Integrations): add and edit Issue submission channels and third-party Integrations.
- (GA, Checklists): view, add, and edit Issue checklists.
- (GA, Bots): view, add, and edit Bots mapped to the Team. NOTE: adding a new Bot in Organizations → Teams → Bots does not automatically map that Bot to your Team.
- (GA, Alerts & Notifications): configure alert preferences for your Team's agents.
- (GA, Files): set an avatar or brand logo(s) for the Team.
- (Alert Templates): view, edit, and enable/disable custom email alert templates.
- (GA, Additional Settings): set Team hours of operation, availability status, and time zone. Assign webConnect chat banners.

- : switch between minimized Org Teams modals. Press Shift and click on the name of the minimized record in the dropdown to remove it from the open modals list: .
