Configure Team alert settings

Configuring your Teams’ alert settings gives you control over how your agents become aware of new Relay activity.

  1. Go to Organizations → Teams and search for your Team. 
  2. Double click on your Team or click on pencil icon` (Pencil) to open it.
  3. On the left navigation bar of the Org Teams modal, select  (Alerts & Notifications).
  4. Select the types of notifications you wish your Team’s agents to receive for each type of activity. You may select all or zero options for each field.
