Set Team availability/out-of-office status

Setting the Team availability/out-of-office status will display the Team availability on its profile, as well as be used by Concierge Bots to determine when to display away messages. You may also change the Team availability status by setting Team hours of operation

  1. Go to Organizations → Teams and select your Team.

  2. Select Profile button (Profile) on the left navigation bar of the Org Teams modal.
  3. Click on the blue availability status in the top right corner of the Org Teams modal to open the Out-of-Office window.

  1. Fill out the following fields:
    • Unavailable / Out-of-Office: select Yes.
    • Return Date: select the return date from the calendar or type it in the format YYYY-MM-DD. By default, the return time will be then set as 00:00:00.0000, but you can edit that as well.
    • Summary/Reason: type the reason your Team is unavailable. This text will be displayed as the blue availability status in the top right corner of the Org Teams modal. By default, the Summary/Reason is “Unavailable until [MM/DD/YYYY], [HH:MM:SS].”
  2. Hit Save & Exit. Refresh the Team profile page for the changes to take effect.
