Test the Issue channels workflows

Relay makes it easy to work on merchants' Issues, regardless of what channel they reach out from, all from the same Issue modal (window). You can work on Issues coming in via email, web chat, or SMS in the modal chatroom. To help you test and practice the Issue workflows via the different channels, click on the linked articles below. You will be acting as both the Customer and agent while practicing the flows.
