View Customer Location Issue history

Agents can easily view Issue history at each Customer Location to understand the Location's patterns of activity and better diagnose the Issue or proactively reach out to Customers about a frequently malfunctioning device or recurring network issues. 

View Location history in Issues modal

Accessing Issue site history directly from an Issue's modal helps agents diagnose and troubleshoot the Issue. They can view previous patterns of activity at the Location and potentially earlier resolution steps of the same Issue they are currently addressing. 

To view the Location history, locate the Issue Edit section in the Issue modal. In the top right corner, click on Show Site History. Return to the Issue Edit view by clicking Show Issue Edit Form.

Accessing Issue site history from the Customer Location modal allows agents to review the Location's patterns of activity and proactively reach out to Customers about a frequently malfunctioning device or recurring network issues.

To view the Location history, go to Customers → Locations and open your Location. Locate the Location Information section in the Customer Location modal. In the top right corner, click on Show Site History. Return to the Issue Edit view by clicking Show Location Information. You can view the Issue site history in grid or card view
