Understand Issue Checklist types

To access Issue Checklists, go to System → Checklists. 

  • Issue Creation: includes customize-able templates for accepting inputs during Issue creation by merchants.
  • Issue Diagnosis: used to gather more information from the merchant about their Issue.
  • Issue Closeout: used by support agents to close out issues in Relay.
  • Scope of Work: contains work order-related information and steps for the technician to follow during the job.
  • Technician Closeout: completed by technicians in the ToolBox mobile app in order to close out a job.
  • Customer Acceptance: allows Customers to provide feedback, such as the NPS score or tech rating, after the onsite work is completed.
  • Customer Location Compliance: includes compliance forms for Customers to sign in order to verify their PCI Compliance status.
