To access Issue Checklists, go to System → Checklists.
- Issue Creation: includes customize-able templates for accepting inputs during Issue creation by merchants.
- Issue Diagnosis: used to gather more information from the merchant about their Issue.
- Issue Closeout: used by support agents to close out issues in Relay.
- Scope of Work: contains work order-related information and steps for the technician to follow during the job.
- Technician Closeout: completed by technicians in the ToolBox mobile app in order to close out a job.
- Customer Acceptance: allows Customers to provide feedback, such as the NPS score or tech rating, after the onsite work is completed.
- Customer Location Compliance: includes compliance forms for Customers to sign in order to verify their PCI Compliance status.
