Set your availability periods for online schedulers

The information about your availability periods will be used by online schedulers. A scheduler will only show the times you and other agents on your Team available for trainings/activations to Customers.

NOTE: you can also set your availability periods by authorizing your Google Calendar to be used by Relay.

  1. Click on your Profile button in the top right corner on Relay desktop.

  1. Scroll down the left side of your Profile until you see the Availability Periods field. Set your availability in the format shown below. NOTE: you will need to use the 24-hour time format.
