The information about your availability periods will be used by online schedulers. A scheduler will only show the times you and other agents on your Team available for trainings/activations to Customers.
NOTE: you can also set your availability periods by authorizing your Google Calendar to be used by Relay.
- Click on your Profile button in the top right corner on Relay desktop.
- Scroll down the left side of your Profile until you see the Availability Periods field. Set your availability in the format shown below. NOTE: you will need to use the 24-hour time format.
