Access your Team's online Scheduler

What is an online Scheduler?

Relay's web Schedulers allow your Customers and agents to easily schedule trainings and remote activations. Customers simply need to access the Scheduler link, as described below, to fill out a form with their information and select a time slot for the training/activation, which will then be added to an agent's calendar. The Scheduler will also automatically create an Issue of type Training in Relay. 

The directions below apply to both Training and Remote Activation Schedulers. An activation is a short introductory meeting with the Customer. A training is a longer, deep-dive experience.

How can my Customers access the online Scheduler?

NOTE: you need Group Admin permissions to use this functionality.

  1. Go to Organizations → Teams and search for your Team. 
  2. Double click on the Team or click the pencil icon` (Pencil) icon next to it.
  3. On the left navigation bar of the Org Teams modal, go to  (Integrations).
  4. Search for the Training or Remote Activation Scheduler and double click on it or click the pencil icon` (Pencil) icon.
    • NOTE: If you cannot find the Training/Remote Activation Scheduler Integration, the user who enabled the Integration may have used a different name. Try searching for an Integration with the Screen Shot 2019-02-21 at 12.28.24 PM.png symbol next to it. If you still cannot find the Integration, click here to learn how to set it up.
  5. Scroll to the web scheduler url field at the bottom of the Scheduler's profile.

  1. Copy the link. You can now share it with Customers. They will see the form below.
    • You may send the Scheduler URL directly to Customers or set up a redirect to the Scheduler from your website by setting up a page such as goboomtown.com/scheduler.
