Set avatars for your Knowledge Base folders

By default, all your folders will be displayed with a folder icon. Uploading a new avatar will replace that icon.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left, go to Knowledge Base.
  2. Click on pencil icon` next to a folder title to edit it.
  1. On the folder home page, find the Upload KB topic avatar field.
  2. Click Browse... and select the banner image from your computer.
  3. Select Upload.
  4. Hit Save.
