Move Knowledge Base articles to a new folder

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left, go to Knowledge Base. Locate the article(s) you would like to move.
  2. Click once on the article record(s). You will see the frame around each selected article change from solid grey to dashed blue and an Update Multiple button appear in the top right corner of the Knowledge Base modal. NOTE: click once on an article record to deselect it.

  1. Click on the Update Multiple button in the top right corner of the Knowledge Base modal. 
  2. Search for the target folder in the Parent field. Click on that folder's title in the dropdown.

  1. Hit Save & Close. The article(s) will now be located in the new Parent folder.
