Quality Assurance Console

The objective of this article is to explain how to use the Quality Assurance Console, a dashboard that allows you to view, tag and manage closed issues.


How do I display the Quality Assurance Console?

From the main navigation menu to the left, go to Issues then click on Quality Review.

Which Issues undergo review?

Once you have opened the Quality Assurance Console, you'll be able to review the issues within your team(s)/organization that have been Resolved.

How do I use the Quality Assurance Console?

From the Quality Assurance Console screen, click on an issue to uncollapse it. From left to right, you will be able to view the following information organized into columns...

  • Issue
  • Products, Categories, and Articles
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution Steps
  • Rating

Why should I use the Quality Assurance Console?

To increase team efficiency. By updating Issues with the proper tags, articles and notes, the system will learn the correct patterns and begin to automatically suggest tags and knowledge base articles to your team in real time on future issues. Better suggestions lead to more efficient teams and happier customers.
