Add a banner to your Knowledge Base home page

Your branded banner will show at the top of all your Knowledge Base pages, as seen in the screenshot below. By default, you will be assigned the placeholder banner.

1. From the main navigation menu on the left, go to Knowledge Base.
2. Click on  (Settings) on the left navigation bar of the Knowledge Base modal.
3. Scroll down to the Upload KB banner field.
4. Click Browse... and select the banner image from your computer. NOTE: the ideal image size for the banner is 2048 x 300 px.
5. Select Upload.
6. Hit Save.

NOTE: you can also Select a Banner Color to have a solid-colored banner on all your KB pages.
