Set a Bot avatar

Bot avatars show up in Bot chats in both internal Relay chatrooms and Connect/webConnect.

NOTE: you can only set a Bot avatar if you have the Train Bots permission. Please email Customersuccess@ovationCXM.com if you wish to get the permission.

  1. From the main navigation menu on the left, go to Bots > Bots. Find your Bot and click on pencil icon` (Pencil) to edit it.
  2. On the left navigation bar of the Bot modal, go to  Files button (Files).
  3. Click Select File(s) and choose the image you want to set as the Bot avatar from your computer.
  4. File Type: select Avatar.
  5. Click Upload File(s).
