Add files to Customer Locations

What types of files can I add to a Customer Location?

You can add Customer files in the  (Files) tab of the Customer Location modal. The types of files you can add are:

  • Hardware Shipping Form
  • Documentation
  • Photos of Work
  • Signature
  • Admin Closeout
  • Compliance PDF (pending signature)
  • Compliance PDF (signed)


You can upload multiple files to one Customer Location. Relay supports the upload of files of different formats, including PDF and .jpg files.

How do I add files to a Customer Location?

  1. Go to Customers → Locations. Find your Location and click on pencil icon` (Pencil) to edit it.
  2. On the left navigation bar of the Customer Profiles modal, go to   (Files).
  3. Click Select File(s) and choose the file from your computer.
  4. File Type: select the correct option (see screenshot below for the types available).
  5. Click Upload File(s).
