What types of files can I add to a Customer Location?
You can add Customer files in the (Files) tab of the Customer Location modal. The types of files you can add are:
- Hardware Shipping Form
- Documentation
- Photos of Work
- Signature
- Admin Closeout
- Compliance PDF (pending signature)
- Compliance PDF (signed)
You can upload multiple files to one Customer Location. Relay supports the upload of files of different formats, including PDF and .jpg files.
How do I add files to a Customer Location?
- Go to Customers → Locations. Find your Location and click on (Pencil) to edit it.
- On the left navigation bar of the Customer Profiles modal, go to (Files).
- Click Select File(s) and choose the file from your computer.
- File Type: select the correct option (see screenshot below for the types available).
- Click Upload File(s).
