Cannot Enroll Device

When first setting up a device it will need to be enrolled to the Register Portal using an enrolment code. If the enrolment process returns an error that the code is in use, it can be easily reset from the Register Portal. Once this has taken place the enrolment can be tried again. To reset a code:

  1. Sign in the Register Portal
  2. Select the Devices MenuĀ from the top tool bar
  3. Find the appropriate device & enrolment code
  4. Click the X action icon for that device
  5. Click the tick action icon
  6. Try to re-enroll the device
