- AEVI’s customer will be a selection of ISO’s, all of which will have acquiring agreements with TSYS
- There is no direct relationship between AEVI and TSYS, or AEVI and the merchant
- ISO’s will recruit and contract with Merchants, and be responsible for support
- AEVI partners such as Smartvolution will have no direct relationship with ISO’s or Merchants
- Hardware is supplied by TPG to the ISO's- Each ISO will need an agreement in place with TPG, and access to the ordering system
