Voiding a Card Payment Transaction (Landscape Mode)

  1. Carry out a Search for the transaction
  2. Tap Refund/Void
  3. Tap Void Transaction
  4. Select if the Stock is to be returned to Usable Stock
  5. Tap Continue
  6. Wait for the Voiding Process to complete
  7. Tap Done
  8. Tap Done

Voiding a Card Payment Transaction (Portrait Mode)

  1. Carry out a Search for the transaction
  2. Tap View
  3. Tap Refund/Void
  4. Tap Void Transaction
  5. Select if the Stock is to be returned to Usable Stock
  6. Tap Continue
  7. Wait for the Voiding Process to complete
  8. Tap Done
  9. Tap Done
