The Lookup Transaction feature allows you to quickly locate a transaction by entering the Transaction ID printed on the till receipt.
- There is no limit on the age of the Transaction ID being searched, as the Register will query the Portal if the Transaction is not stored locally.
- The Lookup Transaction feature will allow Transaction ID’s from other stores in your Merchant account.
- For example, if the Transaction was created in your Poole branch, and the Lookup is being carried out in your Bournemouth branch.
- Open the menu by tapping the menu icon in the top left navigation bar
- Tap Transaction History
- Tap Lookup Transaction
- Enter the Transaction ID Number Located on the transaction Receipt
- Tap Search
