Void Product

The remove an item from the current transaction, the Void function is needed. The void button is enabled once a transaction has 1 or more items in the basket, and is found in the Functions area

1. Go to the Basket

   
   

2. Tap the VOID ITEM button

   
   

3. Select the item in the basket or scan the barcode

   
   

4. Confirm the Item Void by pressing Void

   
   

5. The Item will now show as **VOID** in the basket
