Notes on Product

You can add, edit or remove notes to any product in the Journal, including Refunded and Voided items.

You are limited to 160 characters in Product Notes but only the first line of the added notes will display in the journal.
Selecting multiple items in the journal will add / edit / delete notes on all selected products.
Product notes are stored in the Transaction and can be seen in the Transaction Report.

Add Note
Edit Note
Delete note
1. Add items to the Basket
2. Go to the basket
3. Tap on the item to which you wish to add a note
4. Tap on Add Note
5. Add Note to the dialogue box and hit SAVE
6. The note will appear
1. Go to the basket to view the items
2. Tap on the item whose note you wish to edit
3. Tap on EDIT NOTE
4. Correct the note as needed and hit SAVE
5. The note will update to the new note
1. Go to the basket to view the items
2. Tap on the item whose note you wish to Delete
3. Tap on EDIT NOTE
4. Erase the note with the backspace button and hit SAVE
5. The note will now be gone
