Register can be set to automatically display only the suspended transactions assigned to the currently signed on staff member. This functionality is set in the Configurations in the Portal.

This can be overridden by tapping the filter button at the bottom of the Dialog and selecting All Staff, which will display all Suspended Transactions, or selecting a Specific Staff Member in the list which will display the Suspended Transaction for that Staff Member. However, on the next launch of the Suspended Transaction dialog, the filter (if enabled) will be applied again.
