Find your Team ID

Your Team ID is helpful for linking Relay users to your Team, setting Bot away messages, or routing Concierge Bots to different Teams. 

1. Go to Organizations → Teams and select your Team.

2. Double click on your Team or click on  (Pencil) to open it.
3. Select  (Profile) on the left navigation bar of the Org Teams modal.

The Team ID consists of the last 7 characters of the Team Profile URL (characters past the last "/" in the URL).
