Change Customer assignment on an existing Issue

How do I assign a new Customer to an existing Issue?

NOTE: An Issue's Customer assignment can only be changed when it has a Remote, Preparing, or Scheduling status.

  1. Go to Issues → List on the left navigation panel.
  2. Double-click or click on pencil icon` (Pencil) to edit an Issue.
  3. On the main view of the Issues modal, go to Issue Transitions → Assign.


  1. Fill out the required information about the new Customer you're assigning the Issue to.
