How do I assign a new Customer to an existing Issue?
NOTE: An Issue's Customer assignment can only be changed when it has a Remote, Preparing, or Scheduling status.
- Go to Issues → List on the left navigation panel.
- Double-click or click on (Pencil) to edit an Issue.
- On the main view of the Issues modal, go to Issue Transitions → Assign.
- Fill out the required information about the new Customer you're assigning the Issue to.
