Open Cash Drawer

The No Sale function is used to open the cash drawer outside of normal tendering processes. The no sale button is is found in the Functions area.

1. Make sure that you are not in the middle of a transaction or the No Sale button will not appear

2. Press NO SALE

   
   

3. Select the No Sale Reason (If Enabled)
4. Complete the Supervisor Approval (If Enabled)
5. The drawer should open
