Set your Organization’s password and security policies

What are the different password and security settings?

There are two different settings that you can select based on the needs of your Organization:

• Standard Security Protocols: these are the basic password and security policies, best for organizations that do not store sensitive user information in Relay.

• PCI Compliant Security Protocols: these are stronger password and security policies, best for organizations that store sensitive user information in Relay.

How do I adjust my Organization's password and security settings?

1. Go to your Organization's Profile and select Additional Settings on the left navigation bar of the Orgs modal.
2. Scroll down to Password Policy and select either Standard Security Protocols or PCI Compliant Security Protocols.
3. Hit Save.
