Lock a System User’s account

Locking a System User’s account temporarily or permanently prevents the User’s Relay activity without deleting their record.

NOTE: you need Group Admin permissions to use this functionality.

  1. Go to System → Users.
  2. Double click on the User you wish to edit or click on pencil icon` (Pencil) next to their record.
  3. Go to  Profile button (Profile) and scroll down to the Password Management section.

  1. From the drop-down menu, select Lock Account.
  2. Hit Save or Save & Exit.
