Locking a System User’s account temporarily or permanently prevents the User’s Relay activity without deleting their record.
NOTE: you need Group Admin permissions to use this functionality.
- Go to System → Users.
- Double click on the User you wish to edit or click on (Pencil) next to their record.
- Go to (Profile) and scroll down to the Password Management section.
- From the drop-down menu, select Lock Account.
- Hit Save or Save & Exit.
