Add a new Team

  1. Go to Organizations → Teams OR Organizations → Profiles →   (Teams) OR System → Users →   (Teams)
  2. Click add buttonto open the Add Org Teams modal.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    • Name: type a name for your Team.
    • Description: (optional) describe the function of your Team.
    • Type: select Support or Chat Only.
      • Support Team Users can own, assign, and send Issue tickets.
      • Chat Only Teams are for agent discussions inside Relay and Slack Chatrooms. Chat Only Team agents cannot own, assign, or send Issue tickets.
    • Email: type your Team’s email.
    • Phone: type your Team’s phone number.
  4. Hit Save.
