- Go to Organizations → Teams OR Organizations → Profiles → (Teams) OR System → Users → (Teams).
- Click to open the Add Org Teams modal.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Name: type a name for your Team.
- Description: (optional) describe the function of your Team.
- Type: select Support or Chat Only.
- Support Team Users can own, assign, and send Issue tickets.
- Chat Only Teams are for agent discussions inside Relay and Slack Chatrooms. Chat Only Team agents cannot own, assign, or send Issue tickets.
- Email: type your Team’s email.
- Phone: type your Team’s phone number.
- Hit Save.
