Reports

The Register solution provides access to reporting data on both the application and web portal. The device provides high level sales and product reports for the past 90 days of transactions. The Web Portal provides additional sales and operation reports for the merchant which can be filtered further filtered by date range, stores or devices.

  • In the Register Application
  • On the Register Portal
    1. Open the menu by tapping the menu icon in the top left navigation bar
    2. Select ‘Reports’ (the current signed in staff member must have the correct permission level)
    3. The screen will display the ‘Till Sales’ report for the selected day
    4. The other tabs will show the Store Sales report and the Product Sales report
    5. Using the arrows and date selector at the top of the screen, previous sales data can be viewed
    6. Tap PRINT REPORT on to print out a copy of the report using the customer receipt printer
    1. Sign in the Register Portal
    2. Select Reports from the top tool bar
    3. Select the Report required from the drop down menu
    4. Select the date range for the report to use (daily, weekly, monthly or range)
    5. Apply any Filters
    6. Tap the Run Report button

    Report and Chart Data

    Where applicable the Portal will display both the Report Data and a Chart. Merchants are able to export the Chart data to PDF, and the Report data to XLS for further review and analysis.
