Can not Login to Portal

When trying to access the Web Portal and you may see the below message after tapping Login:

There are three possible reasons for this:

  1. Your Login details were correct – Please remember that both the Username and Password are case sensitive. If you are still unable to login your System Administrator will be able to confirm your username and reset your password if needed.
  2. Your Login details have been deactivated by your System Administrator. If permitted, they can activate your account.
  3. Your Login details have been deleted / removed from the Portal. In this scenario a new user will need to be created by the System Administrator.
